Solenovo is commencing an internal mentoring program in February. The goal of the program is to develop our processes and share tacit information and knowledge from one employee to another.
– The idea behind the mentoring program is to facilitate the professional development of our employees, Solenovo CEO Juuso Enjala explains. – The program is also in line with our strategy “Solenovo – For the excellence seekers” which means that we’re following a path to success, Enjala continues. – We’re open to learn from others and accept help and quidance. The program also offers the more experienced employees a chance to grow as mentors, Enjala concludes.
The mentoring program is a pilot project that is used to gather information and experiences about mentoring. The goal of the program is to make mentoring an integral part of Solenovo’s culture and internal processes in the future.
