Sole Time Management system

Sole Time Management (SoleTM) Scheduling and time allocation system is developed to assist with work schedules and to gather information on allocated working hours in the universities, other institutions of higher education, and in the public sector. Currently, SoleTM is used in 14 universities, and in various units of the public administration.

Work schedule and working hour allocationThe system is compiled of two independently working modules, which may be integrated into one ensemble. Teachers' and other employees' total working time during an academic year is administrated with the work scheduling module, while the other module allocates working time to projects, result units, activities and tasks.

Server based and scalable systemSoleTM is a server based system. The system includes support for multilingualism and the language of interface is Finnish, Swedish or English according to the user's choise while login the system. The system can be translated also to other languages. It is easy to use and therefore, basic users do not need any special training. The system is a scalable, centralized solution,and it connects with client's other operative systems. It has standard interfaces to personnel, finance, and user management systems. |
